Then again some nut is going to argue, why is UTC based in "X" place and not in my home city?? Ahhh jihad on everyone!! Put it in the middle of the ocean, oh wait, how do you choose what ocean? Or in the longitudinal 15º strip of the world that is most densily populated. I’m all for a world clock based on Coordinated Universal Time.
